Bystander Intervention Workshop (Member Meeting) 3/26
At our next member meeting in CLA room 3216 on Wednesday 3/25 at 2pm, we will be having a Bystander Intervention workshop, facilitated by a speaker from the Counseling Center's Sexual Assault Peer Education team! As sexual assault is linked to Mental health & illness, this is a great way to learn about sexual assault on campus and what you can do to prevent and deal with issues related to sexual assault on campus.
DSM-LIVE EVENT 4/7
NAMI is partnering with the Counseling Center to host their upcoming event DSM-live! This will be an "around-the-world" interactive event with different disorders stationed in rooms around the Counseling Center. It will take place on Tuesday, April 7 at 6:30 pm.
The committee is in need of volunteers to help with giving tours, setting up/tearing down, tabling at the end of the tour, and manning different rooms. If you are interested in signing up for any of these tasks, please email Gabrielle Handwerk at firstname.lastname@example.org. Membership points will be given to volunteers.
